Aluminum extrusion fabrication is a core part of D&N Bending's business. When customers need to see and feel workpieces and components before initiating full production, we produce one-offs and very small batches to prove processes and provide test pieces for quality assurance. We also partner with trusted suppliers to source high-quality extrusions at competitive prices, giving us a strong edge in both cost and capability. Our team specializes in a wide range of secondary operations including bending, piercing, machining, and various finishing processes such as e-coat, powder coating, anodizing, and wet spray. We are equipped to handle profiles from less than 12 mm up to 400 mm, ensuring versatility and precision for any project.
