Fixtures and Gages — Precision, Quality, Efficiency

Building on the expertise of our other divisions, D&N designs and manufactures via CNC machining and 3D Printing a comprehensive range of precision fixtures and gages. Our capabilities extend from cost-effective wood plank fixtures used for form verification, to highly complex aluminum body-side simulation gages equipped with multiple SPC ports for real-time variable data collection.

With eight CNC machining centers with machining envelopes up to 3,050 mm, D&N consistently meets the most demanding GD&T requirements with accuracy and repeatability. Our in-house metrology lab further supports validation and certification, utilizing CMM inspection with PC-DMIS software as well as portable laser scanning and probing with PolyWorks.
